I’ll be honest, I was a little bit flabbergasted with it. And I honestly couldn’t put my finger on the reason why it was. It was really frustrating. Then Steve suggested the need for behavioural shifts in the business. After working on the team, we then started to coach directly with Steve. I think it has made a massive difference.
