What is business and executive coaching?
Coaching is a structured partnership focused on performance and results. It helps you think clearly, act decisively, and lead effectively. Business coaching focuses on your company’s growth, systems, and profitability. Executive coaching focuses on your leadership impact, decision-making, and team performance. My role is to challenge, support, and hold you accountable to measurable progress.
How is coaching different from consulting or mentoring?
Consultants tell you what to do. Mentors share experience and advice to a limit of their experience. A coach works with you to think, decide, and act at a higher level. My coaching builds your ability to lead and solve challenges independently. You’ll gain the mindset, structure, and tools to sustain long-term results without reliance on external help. We'll unlock the potential you didn't even know you had.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Ask yourself three questions:
• Am I open to being challenged?
• Am I ready to take ownership and act?
• Am I willing to be held accountable?
If the answer is yes, coaching is right for you. My best clients are driven, honest, and ready to grow.
What results should I expect?
You’ll gain control, clarity, and measurable improvement. Clients typically see profit growth, stronger teams, better delegation, and reduced stress. You’ll become a more confident, strategic leader who runs the business rather than being trapped in it. Every coaching journey is measured, reviewed, and results-driven.
What happens in a typical coaching session?
Each session is focused and practical. We review progress, assess current challenges, and set clear next steps. Expect honesty, direction, and accountability. You’ll leave every session with a defined action plan and renewed focus.
How long does coaching last?
Coaching sessions are delivered either in person or online, depending on your preference and location. Most clients meet fortnightly or monthly. Between sessions, you’ll have access to resources, tools, and accountability check-ins to keep you on track.
How is progress measured?
From the first session, we agree clear metrics, financial, operational, and leadership-focused. We track these through OKRs, 90-day plans, and regular reviews. The goal is improvement you can see and measure, not vague development.
What is the investment?
Coaching is an investment in yourself and your business.
• 1-to-1 Business or Executive Coaching starts at £1,800 per month.
• Group or focused interventions start at £360.
• You can begin your journey from £14.99 with one of my books.
The level of investment depends on your goals and the depth of support you need. My commitment is that every client achieves a clear return on their investment, financial, strategic, or personal, within the first 6 months.
What makes your coaching different?
My coaching combines military discipline, business mastery, and performance psychology. I served 28 years in the British Army, leading teams in high-pressure environments before building a successful coaching practice. I’m direct, structured, and committed to measurable outcomes. You’ll get challenge, support, and systems that deliver results, not theory.
